RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We regret we are unable to accept returns on our custom and items, unless we have made a mistake/error on our part or if the item is damaged. We also cannot accept returns on custom items due to incorrect sizes, we have provided a detailed and accurate size guide to ensure that your item fits correctly.
Please post your goods back to us within 14 days of you receiving the order, we will notify you once received and issue your refund via your original method of payment.
Please note that we will only refund the cost of the item and not the original delivery charge.

We only accept payments from Visa/Credit Cards, Apple Pay & Google Pay these are organised by Wix.co.uk and are secure ways to pay, information is stored securely and safely. No information will be distributed to third-parties and is used only for the purpose of payment and telling us where to send your clothes! You will be sent a confirmation of purchase to the e-mail you have set, whether it is as form of a receipt or card payment confirmation. All information and images supplied to us are of the highest importance and are secured appropriately.
